Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience
- At least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity
- Demonstrated experience owning a full AOP cycle and monthly/quarterly close reporting
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Experience as a finance business partner to G&A or corporate functions
- Hands-on experience with FP&A platforms (Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Pigment, or similar)
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Proven ability to automate and streamline financial processes
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and visual)
- Comfortable presenting to C-suite and board audiences
Responsibilities
- Own the annual operating plan (AOP), quarterly reforecasting, and long-range financial planning processes end-to-end
- Develop and maintain the corporate financial model, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet projections
- Lead monthly business reviews — synthesizing actuals vs. budget with clear variance analysis and forward-looking commentary
- Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to build financial scenarios in support of strategic decisions, M&A activity, and capital allocation
- Design, own, and continuously improve the suite of internal financial reports used by leadership, the board, and investors
- Serve as the dedicated finance partner to G&A functions including HR, Legal, IT, and Finance
- Own the FP&A tech stack — including planning tools, BI platforms, and data integrations with ERP/HRIS
- Drive automation of recurring reporting and forecasting workflows to reduce manual effort
