Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of experience in Information Systems Security or Digital Design.
- Extensive knowledge of modern design standards, UX principles, and graphic arts.
- Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3.
- Proficiency in professional wire diagramming tools.
- Ability to translate complex user requirements into technical guidelines and structured documentation.
- Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating technical documentation.
- Active Secret clearance required; ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI.
Responsibilities
- Ensure user-centric design is practiced across all product teams by managing both graphic design and user interactions.
- Develop user interfaces in support of the TAK Product Center core development efforts.
- Produce technical documentation and wire diagrams to translate user requirements into actionable technical guidelines.
- Work with management and internal teams to navigate the Sponsor’s accreditation process.
- Facilitate meetings and interviews with users and stakeholders to ensure product alignment with mission needs.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure systems meet modern design and user experience standards.
