Requirements
- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or File Clerk.
- High proficiency in Zoho CRM.
- High proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Excel).
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Discipline to adhere to Pacific Time business hours.
- High attention to detail regarding data and filing accuracy.
- Ability to work as an accountable virtual assistant.
- Experience managing high-volume data cleanup or migration within Zoho CRM (preferred).
- Expertise in Microsoft SharePoint permissions and folder structures (preferred).
- Experience supporting a US-based law firm with strict filing deadlines (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Take full lead on data ownership within Zoho.
- Merge client records, create new contacts, and respond to potential client inquiries.
- Meticulously organize, review, and manage legal documentation.
- File court documents into the correct client files within SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Act as a power user of Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
- Perform essential updates to client files to ensure accurate status tracking.
- Utilize Adobe and other software to prepare, edit, and organize legal documents.
