Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art.
- Proven experience with ComfyUI (mandatory).
- Strong proficiency in Stable Diffusion/AUTOMATIC1111 (prompting, LoRAs, inpainting).
- Hands-on experience with AI video tools like Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse.
- Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines.
- Experience with Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition.
- Ability to maintain character/scene consistency.
- Fluent in English.
- Experimental mindset and fast iteration skills.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualise scripts based on production needs and AI character IPs.
- Create narrative-driven, longform video content including NSFW visuals.
- Manage end-to-end AI video production from ideation to post-production.
- Build, customize, and optimize node-based ComfyUI workflows.
- Utilize Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other AI video platforms.
- Develop and maintain character appearance and scene continuity.
- Integrate motion graphic design and colour correction.
- Rapidly experiment with new AI models and tools.
- Collaborate with Content Lead while maintaining autonomy.
- Refine workflows for efficiency and output quality.
