Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Animation, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or digital content production.
  • Hands-on experience with AI animation and video generation tools such as Runway ML, Pika Labs, Kling, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in video editing, animation, and AI-generated content across social media platforms.
  • Experience producing content for performance-driven campaigns on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; familiarity with DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Frame.io, Notion, or Asana.
  • Strong command of AI animation and video generation platforms with the ability to prompt, iterate, and refine outputs efficiently.
  • Deep understanding of platform-native video formats, aspect ratios, and best practices for short-form content.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce high-quality video content for digital platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other social channels.
  • Utilize AI animation tools (Runway ML, Pika Labs, Kling, Sora, and similar) to create innovative animated content and visual effects.
  • Collaborate with Creative Strategists to translate briefs into compelling video executions that align with campaign goals.
  • Develop motion graphics, animated assets, and AI-generated visuals that elevate brand storytelling.
  • Maintain a fast-paced production workflow, delivering polished content within tight deadlines.
  • Adapt and repurpose video content across multiple formats and aspect ratios for various platforms and placements.
  • Incorporate performance feedback and creative insights to continuously improve video output and engagement metrics.
  • Stay current with the latest AI animation technologies, video editing trends, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across all video productions.
  • Manage and organize video assets, project files, and deliverables in a structured and accessible manner.
