Requirements
- 8+ years of experience deploying scientific SaaS solutions in life science environments.
- Master's or PhD in Chemistry or Biology (small molecule research focus preferred).
- Advanced experience in consulting customers in the scientific community.
- Advanced understanding of laboratory workflow automation.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing and lake technologies (Databricks, Snowflake).
- Expertise in Oracle SQL and building/deploying APIs.
- Proficiency with file transformations (CSV, XML, XLS, XLSX, XSL).
- Ability to document business requirements and create system diagrams (UML, ERD).
- Experience in customer-facing delivery or technical consulting.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery activities to identify key systems in customer environments.
- Identify optimal data sourcing and integration strategies.
- Configure, deploy, and validate application-specific workflows.
- Monitor data flow between databases, servers, and cloud services.
- Conduct technical peer reviews and structured user acceptance testing.
- Provide oversight and governance on parallel project activities.
- Evaluate user requirements and provide project estimates.
- Train customer scientists and automation teams on configured solutions.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams including developers and architects.
