Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
  • Proven experience working with SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL scripting.
  • Familiarity with client-server architecture.
  • Troubleshooting experience for web-based applications.
  • CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher.
  • Ability to communicate technical instructions clearly to non-technical users.
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical problems by troubleshooting incidents.
  • Collect detailed problem descriptions, traces, log files, and replication data.
  • Communicate investigation progress to clients via CRM.
  • Utilize support tools and processes to resolve cases.
  • Share best practices for utilization and deployment of Varicent products.
  • Support KPI targets including SLA, QA, and resolution.
  • Participate in scheduled weekend on-call rotation.
