- Software engineering background with hands-on coding.
- Strong Golang and Python experience.
- Deep Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) expertise in production.
- Strong AWS and Azure experience.
- Strong CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Azure DevOps).
- Strong Terraform and IaC experience.
- Experience with Helm and Kubernetes deployment automation.
- Strong understanding of API-driven and microservices architectures.
- Experience with OTEL and LGTM observability stack.
- Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, NoSQL, and OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.
