Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales within the POS, payments, or fintech ecosystem.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing, closing, and scaling strategic partner relationships.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, merchant services, and partner-driven revenue models.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Experience with workflow tools such as Monday.com.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and engage new strategic channel partners.
- Negotiate, structure, and close commercial agreements.
- Develop and execute partner onboarding and enablement plans.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert on partnership offerings.
- Collaborate with technical and integration teams for onboarding.
- Deliver training sessions on products and sales processes.
- Drive early-stage partner activation and merchant deployment.
- Monitor and manage partner performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate partner and pipeline data in CRM systems.
- Support escalation management and internal cross-functional alignment.
