Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales within the POS, payments, or fintech ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, closing, and scaling strategic partner relationships.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, merchant services, and partner-driven revenue models.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Experience with workflow tools such as Monday.com.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and engage new strategic channel partners.
  • Negotiate, structure, and close commercial agreements.
  • Develop and execute partner onboarding and enablement plans.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert on partnership offerings.
  • Collaborate with technical and integration teams for onboarding.
  • Deliver training sessions on products and sales processes.
  • Drive early-stage partner activation and merchant deployment.
  • Monitor and manage partner performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate partner and pipeline data in CRM systems.
  • Support escalation management and internal cross-functional alignment.
