Requirements

  • Extensive experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, ideally within enterprise or technical product environments.
  • Strong background in enterprise GTM strategy, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
  • Proven ability to operate as a senior individual contributor, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying journeys.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Strong judgment and prioritization skills in managing broad and strategic responsibilities.
  • Experience developing messaging for both technical audiences and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with developer tools, infrastructure, workflow automation, AI, or open-source ecosystems is a strong plus.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or scale-up environments building PMM functions is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive a significant portion of enterprise product marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
  • Develop and refine enterprise ICPs, persona frameworks, and market segmentation strategies to guide targeting and positioning.
  • Lead enterprise storytelling by crafting clear, compelling narratives for both technical users and executive decision-makers.
  • Own and improve sales enablement strategies, creating high-impact materials that support Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success teams.
  • Drive go-to-market planning and execution for key product launches, features, and strategic enterprise initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on priorities, messaging, and execution.
  • Bring structure, prioritization, and clarity to enterprise PMM efforts, focusing on the highest-impact opportunities.
  • Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution across messaging, content creation, and campaign development.
