Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience managing software development projects.
- 5+ years of overall software development experience, including recent hands-on coding experience.
- Strong knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, or similar technologies.
- Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, SDLC methodologies, and modern software delivery practices.
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and modern engineering workflows.
- Experience with collaboration and project management tools such as Git, Asana, Confluence, Slack.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional fluency in spoken and written English.
Responsibilities
- Support senior project leadership in coordinating software development initiatives, implementing processes, and maintaining delivery momentum across engineering teams.
- Oversee project execution by tracking timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and evolving priorities to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate collaboration between development, QA, product, and business stakeholders to align goals, resources, and project expectations.
- Establish and maintain project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and success metrics in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Monitor project risks proactively, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve blockers to maintain efficiency and delivery quality.
- Provide regular updates and transparent communication regarding project progress, changes, and potential issues to internal stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by capturing lessons learned and optimizing project management processes and workflows.
- Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects within distributed and global team environments.
