Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in program management, business analysis, reporting operations, or similar roles
- Proven experience supporting reporting or analytics workflows, including requirements gathering, coordination, and delivery
- Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, and core data concepts such as data validation, report logic, and structured datasets (preferred)
- Experience in healthcare, payer, or provider environments with exposure to regulatory or compliance reporting (preferred)
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including issue diagnosis and cross-team resolution coordination
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity
- Ability to operate effectively in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of compliance and regulatory reporting initiatives across multiple cross-functional teams
- Partner with Compliance, BI, and business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate reporting requirements into actionable deliverables
- Manage intake, prioritization, timelines, approvals, and execution of recurring and ad hoc reporting requests
- Oversee report validation, issue identification, and resolution coordination to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
- Maintain clear documentation of reporting processes, requirements, and workflows to support consistency and audit readiness
- Drive cross-functional alignment across technical and non-technical teams to ensure reporting objectives are met
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automation, and operational efficiency
- Support stakeholder communication and status reporting to ensure transparency across initiatives
