Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; PharmD, RPh, or PA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or patient support.
- 2+ years of leadership or people management experience.
- 3+ years of experience working directly with patients or healthcare providers.
- Knowledge of patient access, reimbursement, and HIPAA/privacy regulations.
- Experience managing remote or multi-site teams.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and case managers.
- Oversee operational performance, ensuring achievement of SLAs and KPIs.
- Manage workforce planning and workload distribution.
- Serve as primary liaison for case management operations.
- Collaborate with operations, training, quality, and CRM teams to optimize workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy laws.
- Support development of training programs and documentation.
