Requirements
- Proven experience in TikTok Shop affiliate management, creator partnerships, or social commerce growth roles
- Strong background working with brands or agencies in categories such as Home, Kitchen, Bedding, or Apparel (preferred)
- Deep understanding of affiliate ecosystems, influencer marketing, and creator recruitment strategies
- Experience managing large-scale creator communities and long-term influencer relationships
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance-driven growth and revenue impact
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth digital commerce environments
- Familiarity with live commerce, social selling trends, and creator-led marketing strategies is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate creators and influencer partnerships across TikTok Shop ecosystems
- Build and scale long-term creator relationships through outreach, collaboration programs, and performance optimization
- Design and manage affiliate campaigns, including briefs, commission structures, and product sampling strategies
- Coordinate creator content production and support live commerce initiatives to drive engagement and conversions
- Manage and grow creator communities using platforms such as Discord or equivalent communication tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify growth opportunities and scale high-performing affiliate programs
- Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance metrics to maximize revenue outcomes
- Benchmark competitor activity and market trends to improve program effectiveness and innovation
