Requirements

  • 8 to 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing or growth roles, ideally in SaaS or tech environments
  • Proven track record of building or scaling enterprise marketing functions and driving significant pipeline growth
  • Experience delivering measurable ARR growth, including scaling from early-stage to multi-tens of millions in revenue
  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience working with sales, product, revenue operations, and executive stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of demand generation, ABM strategies, and multi-channel marketing execution
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, tracking performance, and optimizing marketing ROI
  • Experience with both product-led and sales-led growth motions is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the enterprise go-to-market and marketing strategy to scale pipeline and accelerate ARR growth
  • Own and optimize account-based marketing programs and enterprise-focused events in close partnership with sales teams
  • Drive demand generation initiatives across content, paid channels, and integrated campaigns to expand top-of-funnel performance
  • Develop product marketing foundations including ICPs, positioning, messaging, case studies, and sales enablement materials
  • Contribute to product-led growth initiatives and improve conversion paths for product-led and sales-assisted leads
  • Partner with revenue operations to implement funnel tracking, lead scoring models, and performance reporting systems
  • Build, coach, and scale a high-performing enterprise marketing and growth team
