Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in social-first, performance-focused creative campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus.
- Solid understanding of digital design principles, creative strategy, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating work across digital, video, web, print, and motion design formats.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate creative concepts and design rationale.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and revisions without compromising quality.
- Curiosity and openness toward emerging technologies, including AI tools.
- Collaborative mindset combined with the ability to work independently and proactively in remote environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field is preferred.
- Availability to work within PST business hours is required.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design high-performing creative campaigns across social media, digital advertising, video, email, landing pages, and additional marketing channels.
- Develop and adapt creative assets for print, out-of-home advertising, broadcast, and other multimedia formats as needed.
- Collaborate closely with Account Management and Project Management teams to ensure projects remain aligned with client objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Contribute innovative ideas and strategic creative solutions that strengthen brand storytelling and audience engagement.
- Integrate AI-powered creative tools into brainstorming, design exploration, and production workflows where they improve efficiency or elevate creative outcomes.
- Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- Participate actively in feedback sessions, creative reviews, and collaborative brainstorming to refine concepts and optimize campaign performance.
