Requirements
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in technical support or consulting.
- Experience with Amazon Connect is essential.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with complex cloud-based solutions.
- Proven experience implementing and supporting AWS environments.
- Skilled in automating deployments and improving operational efficiency.
- Experience in integrating various contact center solutions.
- Strong programming skills with experience in AWS Lambda and Python.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Zendesk for Contact Center.
- Lead design and configuration workshops to produce detailed Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
- Configure services and deploy resources in customer AWS accounts utilizing Amazon Connect, CloudFormation, and Amazon Lex.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during development, testing, and go-live phases.
- Conduct technical training and knowledge transfer sessions for customers.
- Maintain strong communication with Engagement Managers regarding project status.
