Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience in technical support or consulting.
  • Experience with Amazon Connect is essential.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with complex cloud-based solutions.
  • Proven experience implementing and supporting AWS environments.
  • Skilled in automating deployments.
  • Experience in integrating various contact center solutions.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Proficiency in AWS Lambda.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Zendesk for Contact Center.
  • Lead design and configuration workshops to produce detailed Technical Design Documents.
  • Configure services and deploy resources in customer AWS accounts using Amazon Connect, CloudFormation, and Amazon Lex.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during development, testing, and go-live phases.
  • Conduct technical training and knowledge transfer sessions for customers.
  • Maintain communication with Engagement Managers regarding project status.
