- Strong programming skills with experience in AWS Lambda and Python
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Zendesk for Contact Center
- Lead design and configuration workshops to produce detailed Technical Design Documents
- Configure services and deploy resources in customer AWS accounts
- Utilize Amazon Connect, CloudFormation, and Amazon Lex
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during development and testing
- Conduct technical training and knowledge transfer sessions
- Maintain communication with Engagement Managers regarding project status
