  • Skilled in automating deployments
  • Experience in integrating various contact center solutions
  • Strong programming skills with experience in AWS Lambda and Python

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Zendesk for Contact Center
  • Lead design and configuration workshops to produce detailed Technical Design Documents
  • Configure services and deploy resources in customer AWS accounts
  • Utilize Amazon Connect, CloudFormation, and Amazon Lex
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during development and testing
  • Conduct technical training and knowledge transfer sessions
  • Maintain communication with Engagement Managers regarding project status
