  • Stay informed about destination trends, travel requirements, supplier promotions, and industry updates.
  • Communicate with travel suppliers to secure competitive pricing, availability, and exclusive travel offers.
  • Manage client records, bookings, and inquiries using digital platforms and booking systems.
  • Support outreach and promotional efforts to attract and retain new and existing clients.
  • Ensure smooth travel planning experiences by providing accurate information and timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain strong organization and attention to detail when handling multiple client requests.
