Requirements
- 6+ years of commercial software development experience.
- Expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL.
- Deep understanding of asynchronous system architecture.
- Ability to work effectively with legacy codebases.
- Strong communication skills for team and stakeholder synchronization.
- Startup mindset with a focus on ownership and initiative.
- Familiarity with modern LLM tools for development workflows.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
Responsibilities
- Own the agent journey, including sign-up, onboarding flows, and personalization logic.
- Build and maintain automations for compliance and producer verification.
- Guide agents to their first successful interaction with a carrier.
- Evolve foundational backend systems while integrating new growth experiments.
- Collaborate with the Discovery & Access team and US-based Product Manager.
