Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of cloud engineering experience.
- Proficient in AWS and Azure platforms.
- Skilled in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash/Shell, PowerShell).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain fully automated VM provisioning workflows across Azure and AWS.
- Own end-to-end CI/CD pipelines from ServiceNow RITM intake to deployment.
- Develop and maintain applications for request processing, validation, and CMDB integration.
- Author Terraform configurations for VM provisioning and account management.
- Operate cross-account OIDC federation across cloud services.
- Extend automation processes via Ansible and PowerShell.
- Handle platform reliability incidents and maintenance.
- Design, build, and maintain OS golden images for multiple OS families and environments.
- Maintain Azure Maintenance Configuration workflows for compliance and patching.
