  • Ability to bridge organic social thinking and paid creative strategy
  • Strong instincts for short-form ad copy and UGC-style creative
  • Organized and able to manage multiple concepts and briefs
  • Clear communicator
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and thrives in a test-and-learn environment
  • Familiarity with or curiosity about paid social advertising hooks, offers, and CTAs
  • Understanding of the difference between organic and paid ad content

Responsibilities

  • Support creative concepting for paid social and CTV across Earnings, Cash Advance, and Credit Building verticals
  • Assist in preparing creative briefs for production cycles
  • Contribute script ideas and creative angles for UGC-style video and CTV ads
  • Work with our design team to edit and update static ad assets in Figma as needed
  • Monitor social media trends across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Conduct competitive research and surface creative references
  • Support creative QA during video review via Frame.io
  • Adapt concepts based on real-time performance feedback
