- Deeply tapped into social media and content performance
- Ability to bridge organic social thinking and paid creative strategy
- Strong instincts for short-form ad copy and UGC-style creative
- Organized and able to manage multiple concepts and briefs
- Clear communicator
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and thrives in a test-and-learn environment
- Familiarity with or curiosity about paid social advertising hooks, offers, and CTAs
- Understanding of the difference between organic and paid ad content
Responsibilities
- Support creative concepting for paid social and CTV across Earnings, Cash Advance, and Credit Building verticals
- Assist in preparing creative briefs for production cycles
- Contribute script ideas and creative angles for UGC-style video and CTV ads
- Work with our design team to edit and update static ad assets in Figma as needed
- Monitor social media trends across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Conduct competitive research and surface creative references
- Support creative QA during video review via Frame.io
- Adapt concepts based on real-time performance feedback
