Requirements
- Ability to pull, clean, and manipulate large sets of complex data.
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries.
- Experience performing data analysis with Python and/or R.
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Looker, Amplitude, DBT, and Snowflake.
- Solid understanding of common statistical methods.
- Ability to work independently while embracing mentorship.
- Strong communication skills to explain data stories to business stakeholders.
- Capability to take ownership of work and solve problems.
- Adaptability in navigating ambiguous or changing priorities.
- Understanding of how data insights connect to business goals.
Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for a data-driven culture to answer business questions and drive strategy.
- Access, clean, and organize raw data for team and stakeholder use.
- Create automated dashboards and funnels for various internal teams.
- Run deep-dive analyses to solve complex business problems.
- Create regression or segmentation models to generate strategic insights.
- Support business strategy and growth through data-driven reporting.
- Collaborate with teams to translate complex data into understandable stories for stakeholders.
