Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS.
- Experience managing global products or working across multiple geographies.
- Strong foundation in product strategy and value proposition development.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communicator capable of presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator.
- Resourceful and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a global product strategy aligned to the Beyond the Badge vision.
- Prioritize quarterly release cycles to meet financial objectives.
- Perform customer visits and VOC to understand workflows and needs.
- Align roadmap priorities with global customer needs, regulatory considerations, and commercial goals.
- Translate customer and commercial insights into clear product requirements.
- Lead product discovery and partner with development teams on feature prioritization.
- Own quarterly release planning and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Define value propositions and differentiated positioning for SaaS solutions.
- Use market and competitive insights to identify acquisition, expansion, and retention opportunities.
- Apply Fortive Business System (FBS) tools to improve product performance.
