Requirements
- 6-10+ years of experience in Growth, MarTech, or Product.
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven experience shipping production AI agents, automations, or AI-native workflows.
- Strong background in rigorous A/B testing and experimentation.
- Fluency in API and system architecture concepts.
- Hands-on expertise with AI agent frameworks (n8n, Zapier AI, MCP).
- Analytics proficiency (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Tableau).
- Strong leadership capabilities in cross-functional environments.
- Ability to prototype and build rather than just plan.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Architect AI-native workflows and growth infrastructure.
- Drive 100x experimentation velocity through autonomous AI systems.
- Package successful experiments into scalable 'AI Enablement in a Box' toolkits.
- Activate and lead a network of AI champions across departments.
- Bridge product/engineering gaps for agentic model growth experiments.
- Own and consolidate the AI and MarTech tool stack.
- Build a cross-functional squad of product managers, engineers, and analysts.
