Requirements
- 5+ years in a senior frontend engineering role.
- Deep understanding of modern JavaScript and advanced TypeScript.
- Strong command of React core concepts and state management.
- Expert knowledge of browser rendering pipeline, DOM, HTML5, and CSS.
- Proficiency in build tools like Webpack.
- Experience writing comprehensive automated tests (Jest, React Testing Library).
- Ability to articulate architectural decisions to diverse audiences.
- Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency.
- Fluent Ukrainian proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Architect scalable and maintainable front-end solutions using React, modern JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Drive the adoption of efficient state management and modular build processes.
- Design resilient, failure-tolerant systems that account for load, performance, and web security.
- Ship complex, high-quality code to production.
- Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability by tuning rendering steps.
- Validate code reliability by building out comprehensive testing infrastructure.
- Mentor junior developers and elevate team standards through code reviews.
- Partner with Product and Delivery Managers to align technical execution with business goals.
- Debug complex technical issues and create Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new technologies.
