Requirements
- 7+ years of customer support experience.
- Experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments.
- Strong skills in conflict resolution and de-escalation.
- Ability to create clear, professional documentation.
- Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
- Understanding of AI concepts like prompting and context windows.
- Advanced computer and internet literacy.
- Excellent command of Greek (written and spoken).
- Good proficiency in English (written).
- Ability to work remotely from Greece with a reliable internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex customer tickets, disputes, and returns.
- Oversee and optimize daily team workflows.
- Mentor and provide feedback to team members.
- Develop internal playbooks, guides, and escalation paths.
- Utilize AI tools for process automation and data analysis.
- Analyze customer data to improve support operations.
- Collaborate with the development team to improve the product based on support insights.
