Requirements

  • Strong skills in conflict resolution and de-escalation.
  • Ability to create clear, professional documentation.
  • Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
  • Understanding of AI concepts like prompting and context windows.
  • Advanced computer and internet literacy.
  • Excellent command of Greek (written and spoken).
  • Good proficiency in English (written).
  • Ability to work remotely from Greece with a reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex customer tickets, disputes, and returns.
  • Oversee and optimize daily team workflows.
