Requirements
- 15+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
- Hands-on ownership of customer relationships, timelines, scope, budgets, and resources for data and AI projects.
- Background in program/portfolio management for data platforms and analytics.
- Experience with modern data technologies (Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Fivetran, BI tools).
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Microsoft 365.
- Proven experience in professional services or consulting organizations.
- Ability to manage multiple customers concurrently.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Proven people management experience.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive complex, multi-workstream data and AI programs for strategic accounts.
- Translate business objectives into actionable data and AI roadmaps.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across concurrent customers.
- Ensure rigorous project governance and risk management.
- Own project and portfolio financials, including revenue targets and forecasting.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery leadership to drive account health.
- Build trust-based relationships with C-level client stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach multidisciplinary teams across geographies.
- Develop and refine internal delivery best practices and playbooks.
- Support business development through proposals and SOWs.
