- Strong attention to detail and operational mindset.
- Familiarity with HRIS and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing and screening.
- Proactively identify talent through LinkedIn and niche communities.
- Manage new hire onboarding and tech stack access.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and contractor classifications.
- Develop reports and metrics to gauge compliance and satisfaction.
- Act as a support resource for all team members.
- Manage terminations and offboarding processes.
