Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a closing sales role within SMB markets.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a SaaS SMB Account Executive role.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Confidence in managing pipelines and prospecting proactively.
- Experience leading demos that inspire and close deals efficiently.
- Strong active listening, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple deals.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and 6Sense.
Responsibilities
- Learn platform value for small and growing Lawn Care businesses (10-49 employees).
- Lead online demos to drive growth, efficiency, and digital transformation.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Conduct discovery, scoping, and proof of concept.
- Manage activity, build accurate forecasts, and maintain a predictable pipeline.
- Hit weekly KPIs including demos booked and held and 3x pipeline.
- Close deals every week to exceed quota.
