Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a closing sales role within SMB markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a SaaS SMB Account Executive role.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Confidence in managing pipelines and prospecting proactively.
  • Experience leading demos that inspire and close deals efficiently.
  • Strong active listening, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple deals.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and 6Sense.

Responsibilities

  • Learn platform value for small and growing Lawn Care businesses (10-49 employees).
  • Lead online demos to drive growth, efficiency, and digital transformation.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Conduct discovery, scoping, and proof of concept.
  • Manage activity, build accurate forecasts, and maintain a predictable pipeline.
  • Hit weekly KPIs including demos booked and held and 3x pipeline.
  • Close deals every week to exceed quota.
