Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
  • Proven experience working with SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL scripting.
  • Familiarity with client-server architecture.
  • Ability to communicate technical instructions clearly to non-technical users.
  • Experience troubleshooting web-based applications.
  • CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical problems by troubleshooting incidents, including collecting traces, logs, and replication.
  • Communicate investigation progress to clients and update CRM records.
  • Utilize support tools and processes to resolve cases.
  • Share best practices for the utilization and deployment of Varicent products.
  • Support KPI targets such as SLA and resolution rates.
  • Perform scheduled weekend on-call rotation.
