Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
- Proven experience working with SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL scripting.
- Familiarity with client-server architecture.
- Ability to communicate technical instructions clearly to non-technical users.
- Experience troubleshooting web-based applications.
- CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Resolve technical problems by troubleshooting incidents, including collecting traces, logs, and replication.
- Communicate investigation progress to clients and update CRM records.
- Utilize support tools and processes to resolve cases.
- Share best practices for the utilization and deployment of Varicent products.
- Support KPI targets such as SLA and resolution rates.
- Perform scheduled weekend on-call rotation.
