Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5-years+ experience either in selling complex software solutions for procurement or a consulting background in the procurement domain.
  • Strong experience in sales with proven track-record selling complex software solutions for Procurement.
  • Comfortable with arguing, negotiating, contracting and closing multi-year contracts on C-level.
  • Value-oriented positioning is a natural behavior for you.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
  • You are a procurement expert.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset is essential.
  • Able to work independently, set and achieve targets, and adapt to a dynamic startup environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide valuable input to the sales and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Re-qualify the identified opportunities at your prospects , understand their specific procurement challenges and needs and provide an aligned, value-driven proposition of using akirolabs’ technology.
  • Use your exceptional sales skills and knowledge of various sales methodologies to ensure efficient utilization of our resources.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our procurement software to potential clients based on the specific needs and challenges.
  • Tailor your approach to address the unique pain points and requirements of each prospect.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and prospects in our CRM system, resulting in a reliable sales pipeline.
  • Continuously argue value to your existing pipeline and initiate meaningful account activities.
  • Collaborate closely with your internal stakeholders to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to the development of effective and efficient sales processes.
