Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of front-end principles (HTML, CSS).
- Experience with Agile or Lean UX processes.
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
- Experience with responsive design.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design processes from discovery to product rollout.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and client stakeholders.
- Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of design systems.
- Mentor and guide junior designers.
- Apply accessibility standards like WCAG.
- Leverage AI-driven design tools to accelerate workflows.
