Requirements
- 8+ years in content marketing or content-led growth with demonstrable impact.
- Hands-on producer capable of writing articles, scripting videos, and briefing editors.
- Cross-format fluency in SEO articles, video scripts, social, case studies, podcasts, and long-form.
- Deep working knowledge of SaaS and creator business growth strategies (positioning, offers, lead generation, conversion, retention).
- Strong organic search foundation including keyword research, technical hygiene, internal linking, and content briefs.
- Track record of hiring and developing content talent.
- Operator mindset: pushes for the best, measures output, and does not settle.
- Exceptional communicator, essential for a remote-first, async-friendly environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the content strategy across organic search, social, video, written, podcast, and creator enablement.
- Set and maintain the editorial bar; establish production workflows, quality standards, and team cadence.
- Produce and ship a meaningful share of the content yourself, modeling the bar for the team.
- Build the team by identifying roles, hiring the right people, and developing them.
- Drive measurable outcomes by defining content KPIs and building reporting tied to pipeline, signups, and revenue.
- Partner across Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, and Product to compound work.
- Use modern tools, AI workflows, automations, and editorial systems to expand output.
