Requirements
- Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency.
- Active Michigan medical license strongly preferred.
- Board Certification in Psychiatrist Required.
- ACT experience required.
- Availability for 20 hours per week during EST hours.
- Telehealth experience preferred (experience using PCE a plus!)
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to patients ages 18+ with moderate acuity, including diagnoses such as SPMI, SUD, mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, psychotic disorders, IDD, dual diagnosis, depression, ODD, and ADHD.
- Work with experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology, supported by a robust administrative team.
- Meet ACT/IDDT operational and clinical expectations, including active participation in a multidisciplinary team.
- Deliver integrated dual disorder treatment and adhere to MDHHS training and service requirements.
- Allocate approximately 2 hours per day on remaining weekdays for case consultations, urgent clinical needs, care coordination, and court documentation.
