Responsibilities
- Identify, infiltrate, and engage with high-potential community groups (mainly on Facebook) to drive sales.
- Craft compelling, high-converting posts and discussions that don’t feel like sales pitches.
- Create visuals and copy that grab attention and build trust.
- Solve problems on the spot—whether it’s engagement drops, algorithm shifts, or content flops.
- Run experiments and track data to constantly optimize your approach.
- Own the entire sales pipeline from community interactions to conversions—no micromanagement, just results.
