Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in internal communications, content creation, or a similar creative role, plus 2+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Experience working in the travel, tech, or SaaS industries.
  • A tech-forward, digitally fluent communicator who is proficient in video creation/editing and passionate about experimenting with AI to build better employee experiences.
  • Someone who can distill complex, dry information into a compelling narrative and engaging content for a highly diverse audience.
  • You have a high level of ownership.
  • An inclusive, expert influencer who knows how to connect with a hybrid (remote and in-person), globally distributed workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with GO&S leadership to take high-level briefs and ghostwrite key messages, executing quickly and flawlessly with minimal oversight.
  • Develop and execute communication plans for change management initiatives, ensuring our colleagues easily understand and adapt to evolving processes and tools.
  • Continuously explore, pilot, and master emerging technologies, including AI and video editing platforms, to create cutting-edge, impactful campaigns.
  • Move beyond standard emails to create engaging video content, dynamic intranet pages, snappy newsletters, and hype-worthy Slack updates.
  • Proactively govern our key GO&S communication channels, keeping them relevant, highly organized, and engaging for a modern workforce.
  • Build deep relationships across teams to truly understand incoming communication requests and translate them into stories that resonate globally.
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative data to see what content is landing, using those insights to constantly adapt and improve your approach.
