Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in iGaming, entertainment, tech, or digital industries
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in social media creatives, digital campaigns, branding, and print materials
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma and After Effects will be a plus
  • Experience creating visual content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
  • Understanding of digital design principles, layouts, typography, color theory, and branding consistency
  • Experience preparing print-ready materials for exhibitions, conferences, and branded merchandise production
  • Ability to develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, promotions, and special projects
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow and evolve brand guidelines
  • Experience working collaboratively with marketing, SMM, PR, Events, and Digital teams
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • English level: Intermediate+ or higher
  • Experience in motion design, animation, or video editing will be considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of current design trends in social media and digital marketing will be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Creating visual content for social media (primary focus): posts, covers, and graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Producing digital materials for other channels: banners, web elements, email newsletters
  • Developing and adapting print materials for international exhibitions and conferences (booth design, brochures, handouts)
  • Designing branded merchandise: apparel, accessories, tech items, and other products for partners, events, and internal use
  • Supporting and evolving the Endorphina brand visual identity- maintaining brand guidelines and proposing updates when needed
  • Participating in marketing team brainstorms: generating visual concepts for campaigns, promotions, and special projects
  • Collaborating with a fellow designer: task distribution and maintaining a consistent visual language across all outputs
  • Working closely with SMM, Events, PR, and Digital teams-delivering requests on time within agreed deadlines
  • Maintaining and updating the brand asset library (templates, icons, fonts, color palettes)
