Requirements
- Extensive Technical Leadership Experience: Proven experience in technical leadership or senior software development roles with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience with login and authorisation systems, organisation and permission management, and multi-tenant/multi-user architectures, including hands-on work with tools such as Auth0 and Okta.
- Extensive experience with Python and cloud based environments
- A product engineering mindset and focus on business impacts of technical efforts
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Agile Methodologies Familiarity: Knowledge of agile practices and project management techniques.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and implementation of key projects, delivering innovative solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.
- Work closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resources, providing expert technical guidance.
- Create high-quality, efficient code, uphold coding standards through code reviews and contribute to strategic initiatives and standards through the Technical Authority Group.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, mentoring others and assisting in hiring and onboarding new talent.
- Play a key role in strategic technical decisions, promoting the adoption of new technologies and processes to enhance product functionality and performance.
- Take responsibility for products and features developed by the team, ensuring successful deployment and ongoing support.
