Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in full stack development
- Strong proficiency in .NET / C#
- Proficiency in React or Angular
- Solid experience with SQL Server, including query optimization and database design
- Hands-on experience with RESTful API development
- Hands-on experience with third-party integrations
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards, particularly HL7 messaging (ADT, ORM, ORU, etc.)
- Understanding of claims processing concepts (837/835 transactions, adjudication workflows, payer/provider data flows)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET (C#) on the back end and React or Angular on the front end
- Write and optimize complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database schemas
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems
- Develop and support HL7 interfaces for healthcare data exchange between clinical and administrative systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Deploy and manage applications in Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, etc.)
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architecture discussions
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements
- Support claims processing workflows and ensure data integrity across the claims lifecycle
