Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing (or equivalent) with clear ownership of positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for launches.
- Proven ability to build messaging architecture and reusable enablement systems that scale across teams (not just one-off assets).
- Strong segmentation instincts and the ability to tailor narrative and proof without fragmenting the brand.
- Comfortable operating from ambiguity and starting from scratch with a bias toward shipping a useful v1 and iterating fast.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex product value into clear, differentiated language.
- Strong cross-functional influence, able to drive alignment without formal authority.
- Experience with partner ecosystems and integrations is a plus, but not a substitute for core product marketing strength.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Feathr’s messaging architecture, including category narrative, positioning, value propositions props, proof points, and why we win.
- Define segment narratives for associations and nonprofits, plus 2 to 3 priority sub-segments tied to go-to-market focus.
- Lead go-to-market for meaningful launches, including audience, narrative, packaging story, enablement kit, and adoption plan.
- Create and maintain source-of-truth assets that teams can reuse: positioning briefs, value proposition library, proof library, competitive narratives, and objection handling guidance.
- Establish a lightweight voice-of-customer program (customer interviews, win-loss, call and support theme review) and turn insights into messaging updates and roadmap inputs.
- Build a customer proof system: case study pipeline, story angles by segment, quantified outcomes, and reference readiness.
- Partner with the Partnerships team to define and communicate the value of integrations and partner ecosystem advantages.
