Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a related role
  • Ideally within B2B, life sciences, or healthcare technology
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships with professionalism and care
  • Experience project managing deals and partnership programs with multiple moving parts and cross-functional dependencies
  • A self-starter mindset
  • Comfortable operating independently and figuring things out without a fully built playbook
  • Strong communicator who can build trust with senior partner contacts just as naturally as with internal teammates
  • Detail-oriented and always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to work

Responsibilities

  • Own key partner relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic CRO partners, bringing high availability, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to the relationship
  • Build broad, multi-threaded relationships across the partner organization, educating stakeholders on our solution and keeping our value top of mind
  • Monitor partnership health through performance metrics and proactively identify and address areas for improvement
  • Project manage all opportunities coming through a partner - taking each one from initial proposal through scoping, requirements gathering, and contracting
  • Keep deals moving by staying organized, anticipating blockers, and knowing when to escalate
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure successful execution of partner-led opportunities
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Product to leverage their functional expertise when required
  • Act as a connector between external partners and internal teams, translating partner needs into actionable tasks
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and processes - then define and execute on those improvements
  • Help shape the partnership team's long-term strategy and future priorities as we grow
