Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- 1–2+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a similar analytical role
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and advanced Excel for data manipulation and modeling
- Solid understanding of statistical methods including regression, ANOVA, clustering, and factor analysis
- Experience building machine learning models, particularly XGBoost or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or DMP tools
- Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI
- Ability to build compelling PowerPoint presentations that translate data into clear insights and recommendations
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work with ambiguity
- Experience in marketing analytics or digital analytics environments is highly valued
Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced marketing analytics including campaign performance evaluation, customer segmentation, lifecycle analysis, and test design
- Build and deploy predictive models using techniques such as regression, clustering, ANOVA, XGBoost, and other machine learning approaches
- Perform time-series forecasting and quantitative analysis to assess marketing effectiveness and support planning decisions
- Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, defining key KPIs and performance metrics
- Work with large-scale digital datasets from web, email, mobile, and advertising platforms to generate insights and recommendations
- Translate analytical findings into clear, business-oriented insights and presentations for stakeholders and clients
- Support data quality, validation, and model evaluation activities to ensure accuracy and reliability of outputs
