Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of proven leadership experience managing and developing technical or customer-facing teams.
  • Strong technical background with experience in APIs, software integrations, and data-driven platforms.
  • Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools, and cloud-based or IoT-enabled ecosystems is highly preferred.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for customers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and project management capabilities.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of solutions engineers supporting commercial customers across North America.
  • Oversee technical solution design, scoping, and execution for complex customer and partner engagements.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for high-impact technical issues and strategic customer interactions.
  • Define and optimize team processes, workflows, and standards to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Manage resource allocation, project prioritization, and workload distribution to ensure effective delivery.
  • Establish and track performance metrics (KPAs), ensuring alignment with organizational and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure successful adoption and optimization of solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, knowledge sharing, and process enhancement.
