  • Strong experience in healthcare sales, ideally within diabetes or related therapeutic areas.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute regional strategies that drive measurable business results.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and use insights to guide decision-making and improve outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% domestically, including field visits and business reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of Territory Business Managers, ensuring strong performance, accountability, and achievement of sales objectives across the diabetes portfolio.
  • Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with corporate strategy, translating goals into actionable field initiatives and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including market access, channel, and trade to optimize reimbursement strategies and improve customer access.
  • Manage regional budgets and resources to maximize return on investment and drive efficient field execution.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing talent with strong potential in the diabetes market across multiple healthcare settings.
  • Conduct regular field engagement, coaching, and business reviews to support performance improvement and opportunity identification.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, thought leaders, and healthcare stakeholders to support long-term market growth.
  • Ensure consistent communication, feedback, and performance management practices that foster a high-performance and accountable team culture.
