Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in production
- At least one year as a Senior Producer on a shipped game title
- Ideally on Unreal, and for PlayStation/PC
- Direct production experience in Audio, Voice Over, Localization, or New User Experience
- Experience shipping localization across multiple languages and regions
- Familiarity with VO pipeline tools, casting processes, and script management
- Strong familiarity with external vendor management, including VO studios, localization vendors, and contractors
- Strong communication, writing, and facilitation skills
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, including Jira, Miro, and Confluence
- Excellent project management skills, including task prioritization, risk mitigation, dependency tracking, and stakeholder management
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and proactively creating structure where none exists
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end production across Audio, Voice Over, Narrative, New User Experience, and Localization
- Drive schedules, manage dependencies, and ensure a high-quality delivery
- Partner closely with Audio leads, narrative teams, external VO vendors, and localization partners to keep work on track and on budget
- Coordinate and manage external vendors, contractors, and localization, including contract scoping, asset delivery pipelines, and review cycles
- Bring clarity to ambiguity by defining creation pipelines, tracking work, and establishing clear communication pathways across disciplines
- Facilitate and document outcomes and action items for team meetings, discussions, and breakouts
- Maintain a clean, up-to-date project backlog in Jira
- Assist with task organization, prioritization, and tracking across your areas of ownership
- Mitigate risks and take ownership of any unforeseen events as they arise
- Drive team culture by initiating, fostering, and maintaining positive working relationships across a distributed team
- Contribute to the broader production organization, sharing process improvements and tooling across the studio
