Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience working with cross-functional Agile teams
  • Experience coordinating software development projects in Agile environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with Jira
  • Solid understanding of Scrum, SDLC, and software delivery processes
  • Familiarity with Scrum ceremonies, Agile metrics, and team performance tracking
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to stay organized and effective in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage risks, dependencies, and shifting priorities
  • Proactive, self-motivated approach with strong ownership and accountability
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to transparency
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level
  • Experience supporting Jira migration and driving adoption
  • Familiarity with Scrum ceremonies and Agile performance metrics
  • Relevant Agile or PM certifications

Responsibilities

  • Support a mixed Scrum team developing internal applications for a leading payment processing solution provider.
  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities and execution to support smooth team delivery
  • Support Agile/Scrum processes and team workflows
  • Translate client feedback into actionable goals and improvements for the team
  • Work with the team to support professional growth, collaboration, and successful delivery
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align on priorities, expectations, and delivery timelines
  • Support the team during the migration to Jira and promote effective Jira usage
  • Track project progress, identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive resolutions
  • Maintain clear communication across internal and client stakeholders
  • Proactively suggest improvements to enhance team efficiency and collaboration
