- 3+ years of project management experience working with cross-functional Agile teams
- Experience coordinating software development projects in Agile environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira
- Solid understanding of Scrum, SDLC, and software delivery processes
- Familiarity with Scrum ceremonies, Agile metrics, and team performance tracking
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to stay organized and effective in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage risks, dependencies, and shifting priorities
- Proactive, self-motivated approach with strong ownership and accountability
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to transparency
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
- Experience supporting Jira migration and driving adoption
- Familiarity with Scrum ceremonies and Agile performance metrics
- Relevant Agile or PM certifications
Responsibilities
- Support a mixed Scrum team developing internal applications for a leading payment processing solution provider.
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and execution to support smooth team delivery
- Support Agile/Scrum processes and team workflows
- Translate client feedback into actionable goals and improvements for the team
- Work with the team to support professional growth, collaboration, and successful delivery
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align on priorities, expectations, and delivery timelines
- Support the team during the migration to Jira and promote effective Jira usage
- Track project progress, identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive resolutions
- Maintain clear communication across internal and client stakeholders
- Proactively suggest improvements to enhance team efficiency and collaboration
