- You’re confident communicating across teams and thrive in a collaborative, global work environment.
- Ability to work in US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)
- Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small organic social media team (currently two agents) responsible for daily posting, engagement, and content creation.
- Maintain a consistent and recognizable brand voice across all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and others).
- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily organic posting and community interactions to ensure the brand stays active, relevant, and engaging.
- Coordinate with content creators, influencers, and affiliates to source and amplify authentic user-generated content.
- Act as the bridge between the organic social, paid ads, and content production teams — sharing insights, trends, and creative ideas to align messaging and strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the customer support team to ensure tone and responses are aligned across all touchpoints.
- Monitor social media conversations, identify community trends, and report back actionable insights about audience sentiment, opportunities, and gaps.
- Keep all social media bios, highlights, and brand assets up to date, ensuring that each platform reflects the company’s identity and messaging.
- Track social media KPIs (engagement, follower growth, community sentiment, content performance) and provide regular updates to the Content Manager and Social Media Strategist.
