Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years as a Social Media Manager for a DTC/Shopify/e-commerce brand
  • Exceptional familiarity and knowledge with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and Facebook Insights
  • Deep experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, content management systems (CMS), and social media management tools
  • Professional fluency in English with top-tier written, reading, and speaking skills
  • Ability to work in any US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)
  • Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift
  • Experience with influencer and affiliate management is a plus
  • Experience with Gmail and Slack

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns and schedules from scratch, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms
  • Brainstorm and create/design outstanding content (images, videos/reels, written) for posting
  • Create and implement a content calendar including giveaways, campaigns, collaborations, etc.
  • Continuously track and measure key social media KPIs (impressions, follower growth, engagement, CTR, etc.), while providing regular reports to the team
  • Optimize social media campaigns campaigns using A/B testing and analytics insights
  • Provide outstanding community management by engaging with and responding to social media comments/questions in the brand’s voice and in a timely manner
  • Stay updated with social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve social media presence
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activity on social media
  • Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special project tasks as needed
